GREYDOLL Network

We send the guest. Everyone shares.

A restaurant network where guests get money back, venues pay only for the guests we send, and the creators who send them share in what we earn.

Early — we're taking on our first creators per city

How it works

One bill, four steps.

Guests, venues and creators aren't three separate stories. They're three positions in the same euro.

The guest pays in the app
Booking, ordering or settling the bill — if it happens in the GREYDOLL app, it counts.
The venue pays GREYDOLL 8%
On that guest only. Deducted at source from the payment — no monthly fee, no invoice to check.
GREYDOLL pays the creator 40% of that
Out of our commission, not the bill. The venue pays the creator nothing.
The guest gets at least 10% back
Into their wallet, after the visit. Spendable on their next visit to that same venue.
Worked example
€40 bill → €3.20 commission → €1.28 to the creator → €4 into the guest's wallet
For creators

You share a link. The rest runs itself.

No per-booking fee, no budget that runs dry mid-month, no fresh negotiation for every post. You earn a fixed share of what we earn on the guests who arrive through you.

40% of our commission
Not of the guest's bill and not of the venue's takings. Of our cut.
No cap, no end date
Your share runs as long as your campaign does. No maximum amount, no twelve-month window.
GREYDOLL pays, not the venue
Involving you costs the owner nothing extra — which makes that conversation a great deal easier.

What this number rests on
  • Only spend paid inside the GREYDOLL app counts, at venues your link touched in the last 30 days.
  • 8% is the current default for orders and bills settled in the app; catering is 10%. Rates are set per venue and can change.
  • An estimate, not a forecast. How many of your followers actually go and pay in the app decides everything.
  • Monthly SEPA transfer once your balance reaches €25; below that it rolls forward.
  • Figures are before VAT handling.
How you get paid

From link to bank account.

Your shareable link
network.greydoll.com/r/… — in your story, your bio, or under a post.
30-day attribution
Once someone opens your link, what they spend in the app at that venue over the next 30 days counts.
Your own storefront
network.greydoll.com/creators/yourname — every venue you recommend on one page. Works as a link in bio.
Monthly by SEPA
Paid out once your balance reaches €25. Below that it rolls into next month — it is never lost.
We invoice on your behalf
GREYDOLL raises the invoice for you (self-billing). Under the Dutch KOR scheme, without VAT; VAT-registered, net plus 21%.
DAC7
As a platform we report payouts to the tax authority under DAC7. It's all visible in your own overview.
The catch

What we're not hiding.

You've almost certainly been pitched something that sounded better than it was. Here is the small-print side, before you fill anything in.

Your share pauses after 60 quiet days
If no visit arrives through your links for 60 days, your share of new bookings pauses. It isn't forfeited: one visit switches it back on. New creators get a grace period.
You must label collaborations as advertising
You agree to it when you apply: #advertentie or #ad on every collaboration, spoken and on-screen for video.
A human reviews your application
There's no button that activates you on the spot. We read every application, and we don't approve everyone.
No per-booking fee
You earn only where we earn: a visit that gets paid for in the app. A booking that doesn't happen pays no one.
Only what's paid in the app
If your guest settles in cash or by card at the table outside the app, there's no commission — and so no share.
Applying

Four steps, and none of them puts anything live.

  1. You fill in the application form
  2. You confirm your email address with a code
  3. We review your application — a human does this
  4. Approved? You accept the terms and can get started

For venues

Pay only when we send someone.

No monthly fee, no setup cost, no minimum term. The ordering and reservation tools you need to take Network guests are included.

What you pay
A share of what a Network guest spends with you — and only that guest.
What you don't pay
  • No monthly fee for the Network
  • No setup or onboarding cost
  • Nothing on guests you already had
  • Nothing to the creator — we pay them
The rates
Order in the app
8%
On what the guest orders through GREYDOLL.
Bill settled in the app
8%
On the amount the guest pays in the app.
Catering
10%
On the value of the catering job.

These are the current defaults. Rates are set per venue and can change; the terms you accept when you apply are the ones that bind.

What we ask in return
At least 10% cashback
Network guests get at least 10% of their bill back into their wallet. That is not a discount: the guest pays the full bill and you keep your full takings. The amount lands in their wallet after the visit, spendable on their next visit to you.
Deducted at source
Commission comes off the guest's own payment via Mollie Connect. No monthly invoice to reconcile.
One agreement
You sign a master agreement once, in your own portal. A creator never signs on your behalf.
We always review it
If a creator suggests your venue, someone at GREYDOLL reviews it before anything goes live.

Where we are

Early. And we'd rather say so.

GREYDOLL Network has only just started. We're taking on our first creators per city and building the network with them — Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague and Utrecht first. That means few participating venues today, and a great deal of say in which venues join next. If you want a network that's already finished, we aren't it yet. If you want one where you're at the front, we are.

Common questions

What does it cost me as a creator?
Nothing. No joining fee, no commission on your side. We pay you.
How much do I earn per booking?
There is no per-booking amount. You earn 40% of our 8% commission on what your guests spend in the app — roughly 3.2% of their spend. On a €40 bill that's €1.28.
Does the venue get billed for my share?
No. Your share comes out of the commission GREYDOLL charges anyway. For the venue it makes no difference whether a creator was involved.
When do I get paid?
Monthly by SEPA transfer, once your balance reaches €25. Below that it rolls into the next month. It is never lost.
What about VAT?
We raise the invoice on your behalf — self-billing. Under the Dutch KOR scheme, without VAT; if you're VAT-registered, net plus 21%. You set your own VAT status in your details.
What happens if I go quiet for a while?
If no visit arrives through your links for 60 days, your share of new bookings pauses. It isn't forfeited — one visit through your link switches it back on.
Is cashback the same as a discount?
No. The guest pays the full bill and the venue keeps all of its takings. The amount lands in the guest's wallet after the visit, spendable on their next visit to that same venue.
Can I put venues forward myself?
Yes. You paste a website address into your dashboard, we pull out the details and you fill in what's missing. Someone at GREYDOLL then reviews it before the venue goes live.
Is everyone approved?
No. Every application is read by a human. We'd rather work with a few creators per city who are genuinely into it than with everyone.
Do I have to label posts as advertising?
Yes. You agree to it when you apply: #advertentie or #ad on every collaboration, spoken and on-screen for video. The Dutch advertising code requires it and we hold to it.
Two ways

Buy the software, or take the guests.

Buy the software
€99 per month per business, plus per-minute voice usage. Every booking is yours — we take nothing from the bill.
Join the Network
No monthly fee. The ordering and reservation tools you need to take Network guests are included. We only earn when we send you a guest: 8% of what that guest spends in the app, 10% on catering, deducted at source. You give Network guests at least 10% cashback.

Two models, one platform. On the software plan we never take a cut of your bookings. On the Network we only take a cut of the guests we bring you — never of the ones you already had.
