In 2024, our founder, Suresh Murugan, saw how his favorite Amsterdam restaurant had constant missed calls during peak hours—not because they didn't want to answer, but because the staff was busy serving.

The solution seemed simple: automate the phone. But existing solutions were either too American (no Dutch language), too expensive (€50K+ hardware), or too generic (no integration with local software like Exquise or Realworks).

So we built Greydoll—specifically for the Dutch market.

Today, we help dental practices, restaurants, real estate agents, and museums to be available 24/7, by providing an AI assistant that works alongside their teams.
